Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Sales Focused) to join our dynamic team. This role blends digital marketing skills with a strong sales mindset to attract, engage, and convert leads through online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing performance-based campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and online sales.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
- Use SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive targeted traffic and convert leads.
- Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and report insights.
- Create persuasive landing pages, email sequences, and sales funnels using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ClickFunnels.
- Manage CRM systems to nurture leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and sales automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven focus on sales or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Familiarity with content marketing and lead magnets.
