Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Sales Focused) to join our dynamic team. This role blends digital marketing skills with a strong sales mindset to attract, engage, and convert leads through online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing performance-based campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and online sales.
  2. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
  4. Use SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive targeted traffic and convert leads.
  5. Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and report insights.
  6. Create persuasive landing pages, email sequences, and sales funnels using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ClickFunnels.
  7. Manage CRM systems to nurture leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and sales automation.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven focus on sales or performance marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
  4. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
  5. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  6. Data-driven mindset with a knack for A/B testing and performance analysis.
  7. Preferred Qualifications:
  8. Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus.
  9. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  10. Familiarity with content marketing and lead magnets.
