Position Overview
The Security Program Manager (SPM) is a professional who leads both strategic client programs, as well as tactical projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and execution of client expectations in-line with contractual requirements. This position is a critical member of our cybersecurity solutions delivery team. The Security Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for ensuring client programs have established delivery teams, program and project plans, maintaining project and program health, and for successful project and program delivery in accordance with scope of work. This position is a critical member of our cybersecurity solutions delivery team. The Security Program Manager advocates for the client’s program ensuring expected outcomes and success criteria are achieved. The Security Program Manager consistently interact with our clients’ executive leadership and board of directors so strong, professional communication skills are required. The ideal candidate thrives, excels, and easily adapts in a fast-paced work environment. This role may support other team members as required.
